The flat-rate shipping fee charged at checkout covers door-to-door delivery. Once this fee is paid, we cover all customs duties and any additional freight charges. You will not be charged extra for customs clearance or transportation.
Please note that this is an oversized shipment. The packaging exceeds 2 meters in length and cannot be unloaded using a standard truck liftgate. Buyers must provide a delivery address with a suitable loading dock or arrange for a forklift to be available on-site at the time of delivery.
Unloading is the buyer’s responsibility. Any costs associated with unloading, including forklift rental and labor, must be paid by the buyer and are not included in the flat-rate shipping fee.

Any additional storage fees or overtime unloading charges incurred due to the failure to provide the required unloading equipment or facilities shall be borne by the buyer. Furthermore, if the delivery address is located in a remote area where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, we will notify you via email in advance and issue a full refund to cancel the order.
